Microsoft and me

Microsoft has a great impact on me. When I think about a computer system then the name Microsoft always come in my mind. I cannot even imagine working on a computer with ease without Microsoft Products.

I am very much familiar with the Microsoft products, services and softwares, as I am using Microsoft products  from more than 6 years. Microsoft softwares and services that I have used and still using are Windows Xp, 7, 8, 8.1, MS Office 2003, XP, 2007, 2010, 2013, Visual Studio 2008, 2010, 2013, Microsoft Azure, Live Messenger, Bing, Internet Explorer, Onedrive, hotmail. 

Daily when I boot my computer the first thing that I see is Microsoft Windows 8 operating system. When I use computer for the first time, Microsoft Windows Xp is installed on my system. I used Windows Xp for many years, it is the simplest operating system with lots of functionality. After that I switched to Windows 7.  I has used Windows 7 for one and a half years and the its the time to install a new Operating system called Windows 8 which i s launched by Microsoft. Windows 8 GUI is really tremendous and user friendly.

It is very attractive and easy to use for touch screen also. Searching some file on my computer becomes very easy and quick. Windows defender is one of the most important feature of Windows 8, which keeps my computer always virus free. Microsoft has also developed a new technology that makes it more efficient and easy to solve the troubles that we have in Microsoft product by providing troubleshooting problems.

When there is a need to write a text file, to prepare a presentation or to make a table for some entries I always go to MS Office. Currently I am using MS Office 2013 but I have used nearly all versions of MS Office such as MS Office 2003, XP, 2007, 2010, 2013. 

When I want to search on the internet I just open the Internet Explorer and search on the Bing Search engine which is provided by Microsoft. It is very fast and always gives appropriate search results which saves my time and make internet surfing quick and easy.

Microsoft has provided me Email service too. I have my hotmail id by which I can send and receive emails. For chatting I use windows live messenger provided by Microsoft which provides very smooth and fast chatting. This helps me a lot to connect my friends and relatives. 

As I am very much interested in Computer programming. I have good technical knowledge of C#.net and I use Visual Studio IDE for programming. I have also developed web applications using HTML5 and ASP.net Visual studio provides drag and drop feature and quick suggestions of keywords which makes programming very easy. Microsoft Windows phone is one of the most important product of Microsoft which makes my life easier. This simply enables me to keep a mini computer in my pocket. The best thing that I like in windowsphone is creating and editing documents anywhere and anytime easily.

Now, a new technology came in the market which is cloud computing for this the best cloud in my opinion is Microsoft Azure. I am currently developing a mobile application with Microsoft Azure as cloud. It is very easy to implement Microsoft Azure in any programming language such as Windowsphone, Java, .net, python, etc. We have to write very little code to implement Microsoft Azure in our application. The documentation provided by Microsoft in use Azure really helped a lot and makes easy to keep data on cloud.

Dreamspark, according to me, is also one of my Microsoft product that has a great  impact on me. It also provide different softwares for development, free of cost to the user by just creating Dreamspark account. Daily, I work with Microsoft development tools.Windows store is the place where I can find all types of application that I desire. Windows store is just like a hub for all windows applications.

If I will become MSA then as MSA my first task is to make students and faculties of my college aware of the Microsoft products and latest updates about Microsoft technology. I promote Microsoft products in my college campus and among my classmates other connections. As an MSA, I bring a change to the society by bring Microsoft culture. I keep on updating my friend circle and juniors about the new innovations in Microsoft technology. 

I encourage my colleagues to use Windows as operating system on their desktop and laptops and to use windowsphone as their mobile phones. I will post on the social networking sites and write blogs about Microsoft technology to motivate people to use Microsoft products. I motivate people to use Microsoft products by sharing my personal experience of using Microsoft products.
